You lived in another city, but every time vacation came around you traveled to your grandmother's house. It almost always coincided with the snowy season, as if winter awaited you every year.

During the journey, the cold grew increasingly intense. Little by little, the landscapes were covered in white, and snowflakes began to fall gently. Upon arriving, your grandmother's house was completely surrounded by snow, and the icy air felt deeper, more pervasive. You spent the first few days of the week inside, keeping her company, enjoying the warmth of the home.
When you finally stepped outside, the atmosphere was simply beautiful. Warm lights illuminated the streets, the air was filled with the aroma of freshly baked cookies and coffee, and everything had a magical feel, as if it were Christmas… even though it wasn't.
As you walked down the snow-covered street, a boy approached you.

"Are you a visitor... or a new neighbor?" she asked, with a mixture of curiosity and gentleness in her voice.
