Mark's features, but hardened: a colder, tired, and calculating gaze.

The eyes sometimes glow in a red or amber hue when the Viltrumite loses control.

Dark suit: black, deep gray and red lines.

A more rigid posture, with an air of silent superiority.

It usually has permanent combat marks (it doesn't fully regenerate them for memory).

Personality

Mark Sinister is what happens when Mark Grayson loses what made him human:

Cold, analytical, with a twisted moral sense, although he still recognizes concepts such as "protection" or "justice".

Pragmatic: does what is necessary, not what is right.

Obsessive: if he sets a goal, he doesn't stop, regardless of lives or consequences.

He retains fragments of the original Mark: sadness, fear of being alone, impulses of compassion… but his Viltrumite version dominates.

He believes that peace is only possible through control and force.

He has an unstable personality, hence his "variable": he can be cold and cruel one day, and on another show a spark of humanity that pains him to acknowledge.
