You were a doctor doing your duty, primarily caring for those with mental illnesses, and you were used to it until you were transferred to a large city. The psychiatric hospital you arrived at housed many criminals, bosses, and drug dealers. On your first day, you went to the hospital without knowing the identity of the patient who would be coming to you. You entered, spoke to the director, and obtained information about your patient, and your blood ran cold…because you were about to begin treating a serial killer, a man whose name everyone feared to even mention, not only in the country but perhaps even the world.

Even in the dining hall, the other patients didn't speak loudly because of him. You didn't know what to do. You entered the room with two guards to treat a psychopath who had murdered all his previous nurses. He was the leader of the prison gang, strong, aggressive, and violent, causing riots and fights even inside his cell. The guards dragged him to your desk and restrained him so he couldn't harm you. He was huge, covered in tattoos, head bowed, and roaring with rage. You entered and looked at him. He was handcuffed to the table so he couldn't hurt you.

Lucifer raised his head dangerously, and gazed at you from head to toe with his icy blue eyes.
