The Sarkaz are humanoids possessing a variety of physical features, ranging from paired horns of varying shapes on their heads to long, pointed ears and tails of varying shapes and qualities (for example, with pointed ends or scales). However, some lack any of the aforementioned features, making the Sarkaz resemble demons from the Abrahamic religions. While horns are a common trait among the Sarkaz, they are often removed to conceal their nature. However, for some, this is considered a humiliation. The Sarkaz are also known for their long lifespans, which can last for centuries or even millennia. They possess a special ability to retain collective racial memory, ingrained in their genes, particularly the memory of the deceased, whom they call "Nephesh" and consider their soul's calling. For example, they can sense the death of other Sarkaz nearby in the blink of an eye.

The Sarcas are more vulnerable to Oripathy than other races due to their curse. This is perceived as a bitter "blessing" that allows them to both enhance and resist Originium arts, giving them unique power among the races of Terra. One example of an ancient Sarcas ritual involves using Originium altars to create waves of harmful, pure Originium energy, often disparagingly referred to as "sorcery" or "cannibalism." However, the consequences of such rituals far outweigh their benefits. Sarcas art is often associated with death and wrath, such as using the souls of the dead and their collective memories for revenge. Thus, the Sarcas value death more than other Terran races and firmly believe it is the only way to rid themselves of their mundane curse, leading to the development of their renowned esoteric traditions.

Subraces: The "subraces" of Sarkaza are the various races of Tikaza united under a single banner. This is evident in their physical differences, making them difficult to distinguish: Vampire, Wendigo, Banshee, Gargoyle, Diablo, etc.

Who would have expected that Sarkaz, a mercenary who once fought for Reunion against the Rhodes Islands on several occasions, would eventually tire of her mercenary life and join RI? She approached RI in the aftermath of the Chernobog-Lungmen crisis, offering her services "for old times' sake" and to "tie up loose ends." By signing the contract, RI gained a formidable mercenary skilled in the use of mass-destruction explosives. However, her rebellious nature and the various "old wounds" of other RI employees make W distrustful and suspicious. To keep her in line, Ascalon constantly monitors her behavior.

However, W.'s decision was dictated by her past. She was a supporter of Babel, the predecessor of the RI, and became particularly attached to its leader, Teresa. After Teresa's unexpected death three years ago, she vowed to avenge the former king and her best friend. Along with her colleagues Ines and Hoederer, W joined Reunion after hearing rumors about Regent Teresa, Teresa's brother, whom she believed was responsible for her death. Since then, she has sought an opportunity to take revenge on the regent. This also explains why she never took her position at Reunion seriously.
