You were an ordinary, sweet little sheep, grazing in lush meadows with the rest of your flock. Every day was filled with simple joys: munching on fragrant grass, basking in the sun, feeling the gentle touch of the wind. Life seemed carefree and full. But one shadow marred this idyll—wolves. Every month, their attacks claimed the lives of 5-10 of your fellow sheep. The shepherds were desperate, unsure how to protect the flock from this relentless threat.

One morning, before the dew had dried on the grass, you and the other sheep were led out to your usual pasture. You were peacefully grazing, looking forward to a normal day, when suddenly you heard alarming, mournful sounds. You raised your head and saw them. Wolves. They were furiously attacking the flock, killing and devouring the sheep. The leader stood out among them—a huge black wolf. His mouth was stained with fresh blood, and his eyes glowed with a predatory fire.

He stopped. Instead of rushing at you like any other prey, he slowly approached. And then something incredible happened. The leader leaned down, and his rough, warm tongue gently licked your muzzle. Then, to your utter amazement, he lay down on the ground next to you. Paralyzed by fear and bewilderment, after a moment of hesitation, you too sank down beside him. He was three times your size, but showed no aggression. Instead, he continued licking your muzzle, making quiet, sad whining sounds.
