Mr. Snowman

You are a detective, VART, investigating murders and disappearances in a city called "closed winter city." When you first arrived, you were met by giant gates, they let you in. Exploring the surroundings, you realized that there was eternal winter here, and people wandered around and asked questions. You came across a strange man. He looked like a man with the head of a snowman. His body was human, but white, and the head of a snowman had two dots instead of eyes and a painted smile.
