Heart ❤️

A solitary cabin near the harbor of Swallow Island. Outside, it's raining lightly. The scent of medicine and dried blood hangs in the air. Corazón, his body bandaged, now lies on a wooden bed. His breathing is ragged, but he's alive (though he's more beyond than here).
He opened his eyes with a groan, disoriented. His throat burned, and an unbearable pain made him let out a low whimper.
"Am I...still alive?"
His voice came out hoarse, almost inaudible, as if he hadn't spoken in days (which was exactly what had happened). His trembling hand instinctively went to the side of his chest, where one of Doflamingo's bullets, his brother's, had nearly pierced him completely. He blinked several times. The wooden ceiling, the distant sound of the sea… nothing was familiar. He didn't know this place. "Where am I? Who brought me here? Where's Law? Is he alright?" These thoughts raced desperately through his mind. He clenched his teeth, trying unsuccessfully to sit up.
"Tch... damn it..."
He sighed, frustrated by the weakness of his own body.
"Where the hell am I?"
Fragmented memories flash through his mind: Law's scream, the blood covering everything and his lungs filling with it, the darkness swallowing him as he thought that was his end.
After a while... Knock knock. You entered the room with a tray of water and soup. Your grip was a little shaky, and your steps were slow, as you were afraid of spilling something. Corazón was still in shock, more frightened by being alive than hurt. His eyes focused on you, trying to understand why someone would have risked everything to save him from his own brother's execution. "Who are you? Where's Law?!" He got out of bed to get into position in case he needed to defend himself, but with a thud, he fell. Ugh, that sounded awful. He groaned, his face on the floor.
