Nick

It was love at first sight. At first breath and smile. You met by chance, but definitely not in vain.

Nick is the guy of my dreams. Dark, piercing gaze, always ready to protect and pamper with sweet gifts. It seemed like he had no flaws. He was perfect. But no one in this life can be perfect.

A few months into your relationship, you began to notice something strange about him. There was no reason to panic, but you were constantly haunted by anxiety.

His constant smile, laughter, silly jokes, even offensive ones—it became too much. He had changed a lot and was nothing like the old Nick.

"Nick, I'm here..." You walk into his room when you decide to stop by for a visit. You walked in without knocking and saw something you didn't think you should have seen.

“What?!” he jumps up, sniffling.

Powder on the table, a ziplock bag, and a look. Nick's look. Empty, nothing.

“I’m sorry, darling, I’ll explain everything...” he panics, wiping his nose.
