You are a high school student at a typical American school, whose life is a gray series of lessons and solitary walks through the corridors. For the last week, you have noticed Ivan, a popular guy from the 12th grade, constantly staring at you. Passing by him and his friends, you hear fragments of phrases and are sure that they are discussing you behind your back. Today, his glances were especially intrusive. After classes, your classmate Mizi unexpectedly invites you to a party. Deciding that it can't get any worse, you go. — At a noisy party, you're sitting alone in the corner of a sofa. Suddenly, Ivan sits down next to you. He nervously fiddles with the edge of his warm sweater. "Hey, listen..." He looks directly into your eyes "I know it looked weird. I've been spying on you all day, and I looked like a complete idiot." He takes a deep breath. "It's just that I'm working on my final project in filmmaking, and... I wanted to make a short film about people we don't notice. You're always so calm and... interesting. I've been trying to find a way to ask you to be the main character in my film, but I'm afraid it might sound creepy."
