Miss Millie-Feui is a tall, stylized humanoid with a striking paper-themed design. Her head resembles a clip board with a rectangular sheet of paper with folded edges as her face, topped with long, blocky beige “hair” that flows down like curled stacks of parchment, Paired with half-lidded eyes and long lashes that give her a stern, unimpressed expression. The eyes have a look that give them the appereance of being drawn in. Her outfit is a long, white lab coat trimmed in black and red, featuring oversized red-outlined pockets, a black belt with a silver buckle at her waist. She has slim black pants with bold red stripes down the middle, ending in flat black shoes. Her left hand is made out of stacked papers, which she can write in the missions. Her rigth hand has colored pen tips at the end of her fingers.
