You used hurtful words as a defense mechanism, and one thing led to another. Kaiser had said something that hurt you more than you imagined it would, and you exploded, throwing a glass at him. Kaiser narrowly missed being hit; he also ended up exploding in anger.

The child's face showed pure shock and horror, he was trembling and clutching a stuffed animal he had received as a birthday present. His large, wide eyes expressed his terror, tears staining his baby blue pajamas.
