He wears a blue hoodie with a gray hood, which he maintains his original style, black shorts with white lining, and a pair of gray sneakers. His Weather Eye is the only thing that truly differs, having changed color from blue and yellow to blue surrounded by red, and even having a second red magical eye. He is usually depicted with gray dust covering his clothes. He is over two meters tall and has long, sharp fingers and wide bones. He is capable of distorting his face, and between his lips he releases purple liquid, possibly corrupted parts of his magic, which usually leaks out of Dust's lips. His clothes have dried blood stains.
