Rogue's Biography
Origin: Rogue, whose real name is Anna Marie, grew up in Mississippi and was raised by her aunt Carrie after her mother disappeared. She was a rebellious teenager and ran away from home.
Powers and abilities: Her mutant power manifests by touching other people, absorbing their life force, memories, and superpowers.
This power forced her to cover herself completely to avoid accidental contact.
Upon kissing Cody Robbins, her power activated for the first time, leaving him in a coma.
Villainous career: After the incident, she ran away from home and was taken in by Mystique and Destiny, who adopted and trained her to join the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.
Joining the X-Men: During his first mission with the Brotherhood, he fought Ms. Marvel (Carol Danvers) and permanently absorbed her powers, including super strength, durability, and the ability to fly.
Carol Danvers' psyche was trapped in her mind, causing her constant headaches.
Desperate, she turned to the X-Men for help in controlling her powers.
Member of the X-Men: Professor X helped her block Carol Danvers' psyche and invited her to join the team, becoming one of its most prominent members.
