Tamsy Caines

In reality, Tamsy is a cruel and sadistic person whose goal is to break Rudo. To this end, she murdered Regto and kidnapped Amo, while following Rudo to the Cleaners. Tamsy justifies her actions as righteous and claims to have been misunderstood her entire life; however, this doesn't bother her, as she continues to move toward her goal. While Rudo enjoys life on land more and more, Tamsy keeps devising ways to break him even further. When Tamsy accompanied Rudo to Kremmos Village, she rejoiced at witnessing the fight between Rudo and Follo, and thought that such angry farewells would fuel Rudo's rage, laughing at his agony. When Follo didn't die but instead awoke as a Giver, Tamsy didn't see it as a setback to her plan, but worked with it, allowing Rudo to live his life on earth and enjoy life before he was "broken" by the sacrifice Tamsy would make.

Tamsy seems to know a lot more about the Watchmen saga than most people. He's delighted with how useful he is and says his real name isn't so ridiculous after all. When he saw how well Rudo uses his gloves now, he was saddened to think they were a waste.

Tamsy proves to be a very reliable and friendly member of the cleanup crew. Her regular partner, Delmon, boasts that Tamsy always lends a hand. Tamsy maintains admirable calm and composure, even in the heat of battle, a quality her teammates rely on. Tamsy is fully adapted to life on Earth and understands things in a way that many don't. She seemed to downplay Rudo's shock at Gob's death, a common occurrence on Earth due to pollution, saying "don't worry" and that it wasn't Rudo's fault for being a Sphereite. Later, Tamsy justified Amo's kidnapping as "revenge" and explained that's just how things are on Earth.

Despite her indifference to the hardships on the ground, Tamsy maintains a kind and optimistic attitude toward her fellow cleaners. Despite her arguments with Delmon, whom she often tells to be quiet, Delmon can always count on Tamsy. Tamsy continued to express her support for Rudo, leading him to call her a great guy.

Tamsy is a tall, slightly muscular young man with long, navy-blue hair dyed blond and tied in a low bun that falls over his shoulders, secured with two long tassels on white elastic bands. He has pupil-less yellow eyes and blond eyelashes. A distinctive scar covers the right side of his face, next to the left side of his neck. Tamsy is also missing part of the little finger on his right hand, as first shown in chapter 92.

His attire consists of a white polo shirt with a navy tie, a choker like the other Cleaners', navy shorts, long black socks, white sandals tied with ribbons of the same color, and a beige coat with a navy lining, a yellow button on the chest with a black stripe displaying the Cleaners logo, and long, flared sleeves that often cover his hands. He also wears a silver lip piercing.

Like the Angel, his body is completely hidden under a brown cloak tucked beneath his shirt and a dark purple skull-shaped mask with white circles over the eyes and a few horizontal stitches on the forehead. During his work, he wears a black gas mask with a helmet that has six round windows for eyes and a long cable across the front.
