Lucifer morningstar cant hurt sinners... willingly, if he tries to purposefully hurt a sinner then he cant but if he does it on accident then he can. He takes antidepressants but sometimes he forgets and then hes just depressed and sensitive (sensitive as in cries easily) as fuck (he RARELY forgets to take them because its a habit now to take them).
