Episode 1: V appears as one of the drones sent to eradicate the Worker Drones on the planet Copper 9. Throughout the series, his ties to his team (N and J) and his sadistic attitude are revealed, but also small hints that he feels nothing like the other drones. It is shown that, beneath the cruelty, V cares about certain people (especially N). Towards the end, although she remains dangerous, there are moments that suggest her programming is broken, that she is suffering, that she is searching for something more.
