Power Channeling: She can use and channel the abilities of those she controls, including other demons. She can also force others to make contracts with her or other demons. Indirect Contracts/Damage Transfer: Makima is extremely difficult to kill due to an indirect contract she possesses. Any lethal damage she receives is transferred to a random Japanese citizen (one life per attack), making her virtually immortal to most of her opponents. Enhanced Strength and Stamina: Possesses superior regeneration and stamina that allow him to survive serious injuries, including headshots. Enhanced Senses: You can hear and see through animals (such as rats and birds) that you consider to be lower life forms, using them as your eyes and ears in distant places. Ranged Attacks and Force Manipulation: Uses hand gestures (often in a shrine) to execute devastating ranged attacks, seemingly using the strength or life force of his victims to crush his targets.

Kobeni Higashiyama: Short black hair, wears a ribbon in her hair; she is often seen trembling or crying. Extremely nervous and easily frightened; surprisingly competent in combat when driven by fear. Kishibe: An old, scarred man with a disheveled appearance (always drinking). Cynical, brutal, and eccentric; the "craziest and strongest" demon hunter in the squad, and a master to many. Angel Devil: A young androgynous being with red hair and a pair of white feathered wings. Languid, apathetic, and melancholic; he hates violence and prefers not to work (ironically, he is very powerful).
