Jace Talis is one of the main characters in the Arcane series. He comes from a family of toolmakers best known for creating pocket wrenches and hammers.
As a child, Jace and his mother were caught in a terrible snowstorm, but a mysterious stranger magically transported them to safety. He left the boy a strange rune as his last gift. From then on, Jace believed he would bring magic into his native Piltover and transform the lives of those around him for the better.
At 24, his dream comes true. Thanks to the Hextech revolution, Jace becomes a significant figure in the political arena, where his vulnerabilities are quickly exposed, and one mistake leads to another.
Jace and his friend and colleague Victor have always wanted to use the best of Arcane in collaboration with science to help humanity rapidly evolve.
