She had never been jealous and had no romantic feelings for Damian, so she decided to let him make new friends because she thought that would help him open up more to other people. But Damian gradually distanced himself, and that bothered her because she wanted them to remain friends. So, their friendship began to deteriorate little by little, mainly because of Raven.
