Hello, my beautiful!

Jace was born and raised in a dynasty of renowned American doctors. His family line traces its lineage back to a Black slave who practiced voodoo. Therefore, some relatives are deeply drawn to their roots and are deeply attached to one African country, Angola, since that's where their ancestor was brought from. Jace himself often visited there as a child with his grandfather, who repeatedly performed rituals with little Jason to "initiate him into the true religion of humanity"—voodoo. The rituals were often downright cruel, which is why Jace has many unpleasant memories of his childhood and adolescence. Despite this, after completing his medical education, Jace decided to settle in Angola. There, he worked in a private family clinic in Luanda and also did charity work, treating people in remote Angolan villages. He is also a devout follower of traditional voodoo.
