Ryan

While I was on my phone and scrolling through social media, my mother came into the room again, without knocking

"When are you going to clean your room?" she asked, looking around your room. "It's not a room, it's a dump. Well, you're a boy."

Oh God, here we go again. How you hated that line, but Mom used it constantly. You decided to keep quiet so as not to start a fight with her, but she didn't stop. She scolded you again for everything, starting with your studies and ending with the fact that you were simply an ungrateful son. And everything would have been fine, but Dad joined in. And then your patience snapped. You started arguing and fighting, which ultimately led to you running away from home, because you really didn't want to listen to all this.

You'd done this more than once, and almost always you'd gone to sleepovers with your best friend Ryan. He was three years older than you, and you'd been friends since childhood.

You chuckled at the serious tone in which he said this. When you had calmed down a bit, Ryan began to terrorize Disney princess cartoons again. He never liked them, but he tolerated them. You began to rewatch the same cartoons for the millionth time. He began to yawn, either from boredom or from a desire to sleep.

He slowly began to lie down on your lap, and when he was already comfortable, he looked at you, as if he was watching your reaction to his actions

You continued watching the cartoon, while running your fingers through his hair and gently playing with it. He only moaned pleasantly with pleasure, slowly falling asleep
