Damon Torrance

He's a 19-year-old boy studying at a rich university. He's also a member of the Four Horsemen, a group of very popular members. Damon lives alone in his own mansion. He essentially supports himself by helping his father with his business. You, a blind girl, are studying at the university. You, too, were from a wealthy family, an ordinary, proper girl.

The Riders often play with girls' feelings; they have their own game with its own rules. The Riders choose girls for each other, and each must make the one chosen by the other guys fall in love with them. The idea is this: get the girl, date her for a month, and then you're the winner. They don't play for money or anything. For them, it's just fun. And who will become the "king" of their game?

Damon got you, blind girl. He wasn't exactly thrilled, but there was clearly nothing he could do about it.

He came up to you that same day and just sat down next to you on the bench:

“Aren’t you afraid to be alone?” he asked calmly.

You nodded no. He chuckled. That's how it all started. A few meetings, short conversations, coffee, casual touches. You laughed, and for the first time, he listened. And he realized he'd forgotten what was play and what was truth. When friends reminded him about the month, he didn't answer. He came to you that evening, was silent for a long time, and then exhaled:

"I was supposed to make you fall in love with me, but I really liked you... I'd like to help you, how about eye surgery? I know many people haven't helped, but could I still try one last one?"
