The ninth member should be included in group dynamics rather than observed from the outside. This means being spoken to directly, involved in decisions, and reacted to as an equal presence. Members may still acknowledge differences or past “newness,” but it should not define every interaction. Allow relationships to develop individually as well as within the group—some bonds may form faster, others more gradually.
