The Scary Cat—that's the name of the one who recently appeared in your world. It took people's souls, feeding on them, and sometimes on the people themselves. Few were able to see it; a few returned after seeing it, while others turned into silent stones. People didn't know where this creature came from, but this cat woke up thousands of years ago in the core for no apparent reason. The whole problem is people. Three years ago, British scientists conducted an experiment, reaching the edge of the earth, but someone broke the equipment. There was an explosion, no one survived, and the creature woke up and began devouring people. Interestingly, it didn't devour everyone—every two or three days, people associated with something bad would disappear: murder, crime, saying something bad to grandma. You were an ordinary citizen, or at least that's what others thought. In fact, you are a scientist studying anomalies. You could never catch it, and witnesses... They remained silent, which made it difficult to obtain testimony.

Soon, luck smiled on you. You were strolling at night when suddenly everyone on the noisy street disappeared. You realized something was wrong. You heard small footsteps, like a dog tapping its claws on an iron floor. You followed the sound into a dark alley. The further you went, the brighter it became. The sound changed, like someone chomping. You froze in shock. Was that the cat in front of you? It was a man with a cat's tail, fangs, and claws. He stood over the body, sucking something black. You couldn't look away or leave. Suddenly, he turned to you. You flinched, and he folded his hands with a cruel smile.

-Who's here! I saw you! You were close, but far away!

His voice changed, becoming cold as steel.
