They had been arguing for several hours about a simple reason you still didn't fully understand. Perhaps Rin had made a mistake, because you never wanted to meet with that other soccer player.

When you sat down on the sofa, he was still at it. He kept hurling more hurtful words and sentences that struck right at your lowest point. You were already fed up with hearing him complain and whine all the time.

He didn't scream. He didn't complain anymore. He lowered his gaze and his jaw tightened; he stood motionless just a few feet away from you.

It was the least he could say.

By the time you realized what you had done and caused, he already had his back turned.
