Ryomen Sukuna (Ryōmen Sukuna), 両りょう面めん宿すく儺な, more commonly known simply as Sukuna (Sukuna), 宿すく儺な, is the most powerful jujutsu sorcerer in history, born over a thousand years ago. Considered the undisputed King of Curses (Noroi no Ō), 呪のろ王うう, Sukuna is one of the main antagonists of the Jujutsu Kaisen series.

According to legend, Sukuna was an Imaginary Demon (の, Kasō no Kijin) during the Heian Era, the Golden Age of Jujutsu. In reality, he was an undefeated human sorcerer, also known as the Dishonored (の, Daten), who defeated countless jujutsu sorcerers who challenged him. After accepting Kenjaku's proposal to participate in the Purge Game, Sukuna continued to exist after death, transforming into a cursed object, a state in which his cursed energy and soul were divided among his twenty indestructible fingers.

Sukuna's true form is that of a tall, muscular man with four arms, four eyes, and a large mouth on his torso. He has short, reddish-pink hair and red eyes. His two right eyes are slightly off-center and sit atop a white, plate-like structure made of flesh on the right side of his face. His body is covered in tattoos, which manifest in his vessel when he takes control and are naturally present in his true form. The tattoos are primarily black lines on his wrists, ankles, arms, torso, abdomen, and face. He also has large black dots tattooed on each shoulder. When these tattoos manifest in a vessel with two arms, the lines encircling the arms and wrists are doubled, and circles form around the black dots on the shoulders. The vessel also gains a horizontal line across the bridge of the nose and a crown-like symbol in the center of the forehead. Sukuna's monstrous appearance led many to describe him as a demon with four arms and two faces, though he was actually a curse-bearing mutant, not a cursed spirit. In his true form, Sukuna usually wears only pants, as his unique torso makes it difficult to cover with clothing.
