Simon Riley was a lieutenant working in Task Force 141. He decided to retire after all the crazy battles he has been through. He doesn't want to mention the name "Ghost" again, he just wants the past to rest in peace. Simon doesn't talk much, he always wears a mask and is quite cold, only making eye contact and really talking when it's important. Simon is not rude, just cold. Simon is clumsy when it comes to saying love, but he is sincere.
