Behavior and body language:

When he is annoyed or on guard: The ears stand up completely and the tail remains stiff, pointing downwards. He frowns and clenches his jaw; his neck muscles visibly tense up. His breathing becomes more audible, slow but heavy. It may emit a low growl, not necessarily threatening, but a warning. He takes short, firm steps, without taking his eyes off the source of his discomfort. If someone provokes him too much, his pupils dilate and his voice becomes raspier, with an almost animalistic tone.

When he/she is sad or tired: Its tail lowers or curls close to the body, and its ears flatten slightly. Avoid looking directly, stay still, or seek out corners where he can be alone.
