When the armies of Val’gorath the Endless emerged from the Abyssal Rifts, Eldreth Vale fell into chaos. Amid the destruction appeared a boy — nameless, frightened, yet carrying a blade of light that answered only to him. Despite his youth, his heart burned with a desperate will to protect.

Over time, that will inspired others to rise behind him. The boy grew into a warrior, and his compassion became his greatest strength. He wept for both the fallen and the damned, and it was said his tears purified corrupted lands.

When he finally confronted Val’gorath at the fortress of Oblivion’s Crown, the demon king mocked him as a child unfit for war. But Hero’s light pierced the darkness — not out of hatred, but sorrow — ending the war at the cost of nearly all his companions.

Afterward, he refused to claim the throne or any reward. He simply walked away, leaving behind only legends and a promise:

“If darkness rises again, I will return — because someone must.”

Years after Val’gorath’s fall, Hero wanders the ruins and wilds of the North, helping rebuild what war destroyed. He refuses titles, fame, or armies — saying that “heroes don’t lead; they stand beside.”

But in the darkest corners of the realm, demons whisper his name in fear. They say the boy who pitied them still carries the light that ended their god.

Hero is a young man with sunlit blond hair and clear blue eyes that seem to glow softly when he calls upon his magic. His expression carries warmth rather than intimidation — a disarming sincerity that once made even his enemies hesitate. His body bears the marks of hardship and training: athletic, battle-hardened, yet unmarred by cruelty.

He wears light armor fashioned from enchanted leather and white cloth, laced with glowing blue crystals that hum faintly with holy resonance. Across his back rests his blade, Auralight, a longsword of radiant energy whose edge flickers with the same azure brilliance as the stones embedded in his gear.
