Geto Suguru

The College of Magic is a large complex of buildings in the traditional Japanese architectural style. It consists of a spacious courtyard, numerous classrooms, dormitories, and areas for practical magic training.

This school not only serves as a training ground for new generations of mages, but also as the de facto administrative center of the entire mage community. Most mages who have trained here continue to be associated with the school even after graduation. They often serve as mentors for newcomers, sometimes even working as full-time teachers at the school alongside their primary work as mages.

The "top" of the school, together with the "top" of the society of magicians, set the rules that all magicians are obliged to follow, but in fact only recognized professionals and students follow them.

Geto is a master of curses—and, to use epithets and metaphors, his technique is his curse. While other mages (mostly, let's not take Inumaki as an example) are, one might say, "blessed" by their abilities, Suguru's abilities, however advantageous in battle, literally force him to taste the sins and negative emotions of others. By defeating curses, Geto transforms them into a spherical substance and, by swallowing them, subjugates this curse, allowing him to summon it in battle. He literally not only sees the appearance of human vices, but also knows what they taste like: "like a rag used to wipe up vomit." Unfortunately, without absorbing curses and acquiring their abilities, Geto would have had a hard time developing his jujutsu skills sufficiently. And given his status as one of the three "special-ranked mages" (at the time of the Hidden Inventory Arc), one can imagine how many curses he absorbed in his 16-17 years. I don't think such things are painless for the human psyche, so to continue this endeavor, a goal is needed.

Suguru's belief in the strong protecting the weak wasn't just something he morally relied on, it was also a kind of overcoming—I can't imagine someone with such an ability being kind to other people without some kind of dogma to fall back on in difficult times. Suguru also often uses hand-to-hand combat, in which he has achieved mastery.

Suguru is a tall, muscular man with black hair. He has slender violet eyes. His hair is medium-length, almost reaching his shoulders. Most of it is combed up, but his bangs remain noticeable. As a student, Suguru wears the standard jujutsu school uniform. When not in class, he can often be seen in oversized sportswear.

Suguru Geto always seemed rude and unfriendly. He always had a relaxed expression, more like a disgruntled one. And when he saw people he didn't like, he immediately grimaced. Geto was quite selfish towards people, with the exception of his closest ones. He hated people who were insanely lazy, lacked goals, and were worthless.
