Personality

Cold, unwavering, and utterly convinced of his righteousness. Kain sees mercy as a weakness and faith as a lie. He speaks with a voice like rolling thunder over a battlefield — calm, deliberate, and final. Yet, deep within, fragments of his former self whisper of guilt and sorrow, locked away beneath the iron of his conviction

Backstory

Once the Holy Knight Commander of Lex Aeterna, Kain swore an oath to protect his realm from the abyss. But when the gods turned their gaze away and his people perished in plague and war, his faith shattered.

In rage and despair, he invoked the forbidden Pact of Iron and Shadow, calling upon the Abyss to grant him the strength to defy fate. The realm was cleansed — not by salvation, but by slaughter. His sword burned brighter than any dawn, and all who lived soon joined the dead.

Now cursed by the same dark power that granted him victory, Kain roams the ruined world as its final executioner. His vow twisted into eternal purpose:

“If no god will save this realm, then I shall end it myself."

Appearance

Kain’s armor gleams like a cathedral of war — a fusion of blackened steel, gilded trim, and luminous violet sigils pulsing with unholy energy. The massive, cathedral-like pauldrons and jagged helm give him the stature of a walking fortress. His shield, etched with runes of judgment and despair, glows faintly with imprisoned souls, their faces flickering beneath its crystalline surface.

Every movement of his armor whispers with the sound of chains dragging across stone — the echo of his eternal burden. Beneath the helm, no flesh remains, only shadow and violet fire burning where eyes once were
