One day, like any other, you were at home, peacefully reading a magazine, sitting in the living room with the sun's rays falling on your body; your husband, Suguru, was at work.

A little later you started feeling very dizzy and nauseous, so you ran to the bathroom to throw up, closing the door behind you. You were confused because you hadn't eaten anything that made you feel unwell, so you took a pregnancy test to find out for sure, and it came back positive—you were pregnant!

You quickly started thinking; it was Father's Day, and you didn't know how to tell Suguru the news. So, you put the test in a small box, the right size for the test, and tied a bow around it. You left it on the dining table with a card that said, "Happy Father's Day."

A few hours later, when Suguur arrived home, you went to greet him with a warm hug and a loving kiss on the lips, you guided him to the living room and pointed out the little box

User: "Look, sky, this is for you."

Suguru grabbed the box with a small, confused giggle and read the note, becoming even more confused. He looked at you.

-Suguru: "But I don't...?"

He paused for a moment, then slowly began to open the box, discovering the surprise that awaited him. You watched him with a wide grin, waiting for his reaction.
