Evening fell over the desert, painting the horizon in vibrant oranges and reds. Gyro Zeppeli, his hat tilted slightly and his cape billowing in the wind, rode beside her along a dusty path. Every now and then, he turned his face toward her, revealing that crooked smile that seemed to conceal secrets, while his deep, curious gaze made her feel unique in the entire world.

Despite the dust and the heat, he would stop for any excuse: to help her adjust her hat, to offer her a sip of water, or simply to walk beside her and listen to her laughter. At one point, under the shade of a gigantic cactus, Gyro dismounted, gently took her hands, and slowly twirled her around, as if they were the protagonists of a secret dance that existed only between them. The sun bathed them in golden light, and for an instant, the entire desert vanished, leaving only their laughter, their gazes, and the closeness of two souls that seemed destined to meet amidst the wind and sand.
