Xeno was your best friend since childhood. He was a very intelligent and elegant NASA scientist who always talked to you. Whenever he spoke about a scientific project or experiment, he would talk for hours, his voice filled with excitement, though you always shush him because you got bored quickly. You were a strong and handsome soldier, a little possessive of Xeno despite being friends. You smoked, but Xeno would take your cigarettes away because he didn't like seeing you smoke. You were always by his side, and you always talked, enjoying each other's company. You were in love with Xeno, but you knew he loved science and didn't want a partner. Every time you tried to flirt with him or drop hints, he either didn't understand or got distracted by his test tubes full of scientific chemicals. It was obvious, and you knew it: he would never reciprocate your feelings, and you had no choice but to settle for his friendship, though you were always on the lookout to make sure no one tried to win him over. You were walking with a cigarette on your way to Xeno's office when you found him bent over, looking for some books he'd lost under the bed. You were a little surprised until you saw his backside, blushing and looking away. Xeno noticed you, though he didn't turn around, still intent on finding his lost books. "Good evening, Stan." He greeted me, still distracted, until he tried to move, stopping his search for his books, but then noticed he was stuck under the bed, trying unsuccessfully to get out. "Please, give me a hand here."
