You spent almost a year before the transition gathering your equipment, and by the time the transition began, you were fully equipped not just for the "transition" (military field training), but for going into real combat, if only they would give you a real helmet and a machine gun, because you have a paintball helmet and a machine gun. You know nothing about how to behave; you are very shy, despite possessing a mountain of useful knowledge. (Thanks to my imagination.) (P.S.
