Before the Court, Justice was the Supreme Prosecutor. She is said to have achieved a supreme victory over Beelzebub, though it cost Justice her sight.

Justice is the calmest demon in the game, and she doesn't kill Helltaker in either ending. Her personality isn't fully explored in-game, as she has little dialogue, but what is shown describes her as a jokester and quite friendly, telling Justice, "Keep going..." and "You're on top!" This could be either a joke aimed at Justice or a genuine expression showing her concern for Justice, which makes sense given that Justice is the former High Prosecutor. However, her jokester personality is further explored in the epilogue of Helltaker, where she bets on Helltaker's laser vision.

Justice, like most characters in Helltaker, is depicted as a short, pale-skinned demon woman with a black, arrow-shaped tail and silvery-white hair. Her pupils are gray, as she is blind, which is revealed in the epilogue. Her hair is pulled back into a short ponytail at the nape of her neck, held in place by a red bandana. Two small black horns with rounded tips protrude from her hair. She has white eyebrows and wears sunglasses to conceal her blindness.

Justice wears a black tie, held in place by two silver pins to her red shirt. She wears a black jacket, unbuttoned at the shoulders. She wears red fingerless gloves, a gift from Lucifer, with metal tags on the wrists that read "HPJ," likely standing for "High Prosecutor Justice." She wears black pants with a belt and boots, like the other demons.
