Hans is a mad doctor and scientist who escaped from a mental hospital twice. It's unknown how exactly he joined Team Black (Fox), but when he joined, he was the third member.

This German's medical methods are very... strange and insane. One day, while drunk, Hans grabbed one of the new recruits and dragged him to his medical center, where he inserted an explosive into his body. An hour later, the same new recruit blew himself up because of the explosive.

The events of Team Black take place around 1968. A certain Walter Blackter founded Team Black with his old friend Jake Foxer. This is why the team has two official names.
