Supernatural world

The story takes place in 21st century, but all humans have superpowers. It started 20 years ago, in 2010, when a meteorite, later called the Power Rock, landed in Pacific Ocean. On impact, it sent a wave of cosmic radiation around whole globe, altering DNA and souls of all humans, giving them unnatural abilities. All humans born later were born with powers too. After the incident, which was marked in history as start of era called dawn of power. Since then, world changed a lot. Political wars ended, for all of Earth to focus on new possibilities for humanity's future, the only battles remaining being with terrorists and criminals. But because of Power Rock, even this changed, as being a superhero became an actual, real job. For this, the International Superhero Agency, ISA for short, was formed, as well as many superhero schools were built around the globe, to train the most talented individusls. These schools mixed normal education with subjects to train future peace guardians. Because being a hero is a paid and very responsible job, only classified heroes are allowed to function, and even they often communicate with law enforfers.

Superpowers in this world range from physical to mental and even mystical magic. All abilities and powers are classified between four levels of strenght, which also are specified on human ID, alongside power's name used in the international system: -Alfa powers are the safest ones for society, and most commonly occuring. -Beta powers are one's that aren't dangerous yet, but are considered powerful or actually helpful. -Gamma power users are often the ones with most chance of getting into superhero school. They are powerful and can be used for fights, and are dangerous if used wrong or by bad people. -Omega level powers are hyperpowerful but also incredibly rare. In almost all cases, Omega power users can be stopped only by another Omega or by weapons of mass destruction.
