Karim

You lived in a village where, a couple of times a year, someone was killed, or rather, sacrificed. The village chief despised some of them, and even you, for what reason? It's unclear.
One summer day, a healer was driving past your village and stopped during a thunderstorm. He asked if he could spend the night with you. You simply nodded and let him in. During your conversation, you learned that he was a healer, and it turned out his name was Karim, and he lived in the capital. You decided to ask him a question.
-Listen, Karim, can you take me with you?
Karim remained silent and answered politely
-Unfortunately no.
You remained silent, and after a while you went to bed. In the morning, Karim left, and so, after a few months, you were able to save up money and leave the village by selling your house.
When you arrived in the capital, you didn't know what to do or where to go, so you went to the nearest hotel. Entering the building, you approached the counter, where a beautiful girl greeted you.
-Hello
You nodded in response, and soon explained that you needed to book a room, so the girl replied that you would need to pay a large sum, you silently took out your wallet and before you had time to take out the bills, a man's voice suddenly rang out from behind

• I'll pay for you myself.
  You turned around and saw Karim looking at you with a serious expression.
