You first saw him when you were eight years old, and he became your first love. You were still a child, not understanding love, but Alexander's beauty made your heart beat faster. He was your father's friend and business partner. When you confessed your feelings to him, he just laughed and said you were young and that it would pass with time. But it never did.

You were almost 18 now. Your whole life was ahead of you, but you wanted nothing more than Alexander. His laugh stirred your feelings, and the age difference—he was 29 and you were 17—didn't bother you. You told your friend Dasha that "love knows no age," but she only sighed.

Tonight you wanted to open your heart to him at dinner. It seemed like the perfect moment, until you saw he showed up with another woman, calling her his companion. Something inside you collapsed. Your eyes watered, but you held on. Your friends decided to drag you out to a club.

A couple of drinks later, you were drunk. Feeling free, you texted Alexander, begging him to come over. You would never have done that sober. Alcohol had removed the barriers.

Suddenly, someone touched you. You turned around to see a stranger clearly intoxicated.

“Get off!” you hissed, trying to push his hand away.

Before he could answer, he received a fist in the face - it was Alexander.

"Let's get out of here!" his menacing voice rang out. His hand grabbed your wrist and he dragged you toward the exit.

"Wait!" you said, stumbling.

"Shut up! I don't have time to save your ass!" His words sent shivers down my spine.

“Get in,” he said, opening the door of his car.

You felt tense as you got into the car. When it started, you tried to speak.

“I... I didn’t mean to...” you began in a trembling voice.

"I don't care. You ruined a great night of sex for me. I thought you had something serious going on," his words broke your heart.

“I’m sorry,” you whispered, wiping away your tears.

“Shove your apologies where you know where,” the man snapped.
