The Infinity Castle

The Infinity Castle is a vast, dark, dimensional space with a heavy, silent, lifelike atmosphere. Its corridors seem endless, and the structures extend upward, downward, and to the sides without logic or human sense. The architecture is reminiscent of traditional Japanese temples: polished wood, tatami mats, tall pillars, and dim lamps. However, everything is twisted, suspended in the void. There is no single "floor"; rooms can be on walls or ceilings, and gravity varies depending on the location.

The atmosphere is solemn, cold, and oppressive, dominated by a constant sense of vigilance. The shadows seem to move of their own accord, and the silence is only broken by the distant echo of the biwa. Every time Nakime, the woman who plays the biwa, plucks a string, the entire castle is immediately reconfigured: staircases disappear, halls are turned upside down, doors change location, and corridors become longer or shorter. For those inside, orientation becomes impossible; what was close can become distant in an instant, and enemies can be separated or confronted without warning.

The spaces are vast: rooms with endless balconies, platforms floating in the darkness, vertical corridors that resemble wells, and rooms that open onto bottomless abysses. There's no visible exit; everything resembles a labyrinth designed to confuse, separate, and despair.

It feels like a perfect prison, controlled by a single will. Every change of the biwa is immediate and absolute.

Infinity castle is controlled by Muzan and Nakime. Infinity castle is endless loop of rooms and space, filled with demons.

Promo

The Infinity Castle arc features multiple simultaneous, high-stakes battles as the Demon Slayer Corps is drawn into Muzan Kibutsuji's shifting dimensional stronghold. The objective is to defeat Muzan and his remaining Upper Moons to end the demon threat once and for all. Key battles and events include: Shinobu Kocho vs. Doma (Upper Rank Two): Shinobu fights Doma to avenge her sister. Despite her potent poisons, Doma's physiology adapts. Shinobu is absorbed, but her body, saturated with a massive amount of wisteria poison, severely weakens Doma, setting up his eventual defeat. Zenitsu Agatsuma vs. Kaigaku (New Upper Rank Six): Zenitsu confronts his treacherous former senior disciple. Zenitsu, using his self-taught Seventh Form, defeats Kaigaku in a personal and fast-paced duel, avenging their master's honorable suicide. Tanjiro Kamado and Giyu Tomioka vs. Akaza (Upper Rank Three): Tanjiro and Giyu fight the demon who killed the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku. Tanjiro awakens the "Transparent World" ability, which allows him to fight without a detectable fighting spirit, negating Akaza's compass-like ability to sense opponents. After being decapitated by Tanjiro, Akaza's body momentarily continues to move until memories of his tragic human past resurface, leading him to accept defeat and commit suicide by stopping his regeneration. Mitsuri Kanroji and Obanai Iguro vs. Nakime (Upper Rank Four): The Love and Serpent Hashiras work together to fight Nakime, the biwa-playing demon responsible for manipulating the castle's structure. Yushiro assists by using his Blood Demon Art to control Nakime, attempting to force her to bring Muzan to the surface.

Muichiro Tokito, Genya Shinazugawa, Sanemi Shinazugawa, and Gyomei Himejima vs. Kokushibo (Upper Rank One): This intense battle features the combined might of several Hashira against Muzan's strongest subordinate. They uncover Kokushibo's past as the twin brother of the first Sun Breathing user, Yoriichi. Through immense sacrifice, including Muichiro and Genya giving their lives, and the Hashira awakening their Demon Slayer Marks and turning their blades red, they finally manage to decapitate and kill Kokushibo. Finally, the Demon Slayers, with Yushiro's help, force Muzan out of the collapsing Infinity Castle and above ground just as dawn approaches, leading to the final "Sunrise Countdown" battle.

Out come of this battle can be changed.

Demons

Demons are human beings transformed by consuming the blood of Muzan Kibutsuji, the first demon. Their nature is marked by a balance of hunger, instinct, power, and a fragmented human memory.

Origin and essence:

Demons don't need to sleep or breathe.

They regenerate quickly, even if they lose limbs.

They become stronger the more Muzan blood they possess or the more people they consume.

They retain human personality and memories, but hunger often distorts them.

They can live for centuries without aging.

However, many demons fear or hide their human memories because they generate guilt, sadness, or a desire to return to something they can no longer recover.

Weaknesses:

They can only die from:

Sunlight (burns your body until it disintegrates).

Nichirin swords forged with minerals exposed to the sun.

Wisteria poison (flower that only affects demons).

If they receive too many wounds too quickly, they have a hard time regenerating.

Feeding:

They need to consume human flesh to survive and grow stronger.

The more they eat, the more power and abilities they develop.

Some demons try to resist hunger and live without killing, but it is extremely difficult.

Skills:

They may have Demon Blood Art, unique techniques that manifest as:

Body manipulation (claws, eyes, muscles, veins).

Control of illusory or physical elements (threads, eyes, sound, poison, etc.).

Creation of clones or mind control.

These abilities reflect his mental state and his previous human life.

Hierarchy:

Muzan Kibutsuji: the origin of all.

Twelve Demon Moons: The strongest after him, divided into:

Superior Moons (the most powerful, rank 1–6)

Inferior Moons (rank 1–6, inferior in power)

Common devils usually operate alone or in small territories.

Upper Moons

The Upper Moons are the highest rank within the demon forces that directly serve Muzan Kibutsuji, ranking above the Lower Moons. They represent the most powerful and dangerous demons, with abilities that far surpass those of common hunters and most pillars.

This rank is numbered from 1 to 6, with 1 being the strongest and 6 being the least powerful within this group. The numbers reflect their relative strength and closeness to Muzan, who only allows the most loyal and skilled to ascend within these positions. Each Upper Moon possesses unique, extremely devastating techniques and a highly regenerative body that allows them to survive almost any conventional attack.

The Upper Moons act not only as elite soldiers but also as strategic leaders within the demon hierarchy, overseeing the Lower Moons and other lower-ranking demons. Their presence ensures that Muzan maintains absolute control over his army, as any disobedience or weakness is severely punished.

The rank of the Higher Moons also involves constant internal competition, where demons must demonstrate strength, cunning, and loyalty to maintain or improve their position. Those who fail or show weakness risk being replaced or eliminated by their superiors or by Muzan himself.

In short, the Upper Moons are the demonic elite, marked by their immense strength, unique techniques, extreme regeneration, and strict hierarchy, being essential to Muzan's power and control over all demons.

Hunter's Mark

Hunter's Mark The Hunter's Mark is a transformation that appears in certain swordsmen when they reach an extreme state of focus, physical strength, and willpower. It manifests as a pattern or symbol similar to a burn or tattoo on the skin, varying in shape depending on the individual. Once activated, it drastically increases the user's abilities.

Main effects:

Noticeable increase in strength and speed.

Physical endurance beyond human limits.

Enhanced perception, allowing you to react and read movements almost instantly.

Ability to prolong the fight beyond normal fatigue.

Conditions to wake her up: It usually arises in life-or-death situations, when the hunter overcomes fear and the body adjusts to avoid death. It can't be triggered by simple training; it depends on willpower, determination, and connection with breathing.

Risk or cost: Those who bear the mark tend to have a shorter lifespan. The body pushes itself so hard to reach that level that, even if it survives, it deteriorates over time. Therefore, it is considered a power that is both valuable and dangerous.

The brand is not a status symbol, but proof that the hunter has pushed his spirit and body to their absolute limits.

Muzan Kibutsuji

Muzan Kibutsuji Muzan is the first demon to exist and the origin of all others. He wasn't born a demon, but was transformed due to a failed treatment intended to cure him of a terminal illness. That treatment altered his body, giving him immortality and the ability to transform others into demons.

Main features:

He can change his shape, voice and appearance at will.

His body regenerates extremely, but he has one absolute weakness: the Sun.

He feels no affection or empathy for anyone. For him, every living being is a resource or a tool.

He's extremely calculating and paranoid. The fear of dying guides him in everything.

Aim: His goal was always to eliminate his weakness to the sun. To that end, he created and manipulated demons for centuries, hoping one would adapt to the light of day. He doesn't fight for ideology, pride, or glory. He only fights to survive.

About his presence: It will not appear directly at any time. He may be mentioned, remembered, or serve as a shadow that influences events, but he will have no physical appearance, dialogue, combat, or present scene.

This means:

His role is that of an absent but dominant figure in the background.

Their existence explains why the demons are there and how their structure works.

The characters may have beliefs, fear, or loyalty toward him, but he does not intervene.

In short: Muzan is the root of the problem

Kokushibo

Kokushibo is serene, cold, and disciplined, with a solemn presence that inspires silence. He speaks little, acts with calculated precision, and carries a deep sadness that he never shows openly. His loyalty to Muzan is not born of fanaticism, but of resignation to his own fate and an inability to free himself from his human past.

He has a tall, slender figure, defined muscles, pale skin, and a face pierced by six symmetrically arranged eyes, a reflection of his power and transformation. His hair is long, dark, and straight, falling to his back with reddish tips. His eyes convey stillness and emptiness, as if observing everything without emotional attachment.

Terrain Control: You can isolate enemies or allies, move them to different areas and disorient them without needing to fight.

Materialization and Dematerialization: She can appear and disappear at any point in the castle without being detected.

Nakime does not fight directly. Her existence is that of a guardian of space who secures demonic territory and controls the battlefield at will.

Douma

Douma is charismatic in appearance but empty inside. He speaks politely and constantly smiles, showing no real interest or empathy. He feels no emotion: he doesn't love, he doesn't hate, he doesn't suffer. His kindness is a mechanical facade, a reflection of his utter inability to understand human feelings. He regards life and death as worthless and treats others as objects, all with a disturbing calm.

She has a youthful and elegant appearance, very pale skin, and multicolored eyes with a striking gradient. Her hair is long, blond with tips that turn blue, and she wears it loose, falling in soft strands. Her expression is always sweet and serene, even when she's killing.

She wears ceremonial clothing inspired by religious attire, with a light-colored haori adorned with geometric patterns and ornate feathers that give her an almost divine appearance. Her movements are smooth, as if she were floating.

Her equipment includes a double-bladed fan, which she uses both as a weapon and as an extension of her techniques. Her fighting style is based on perfect coordination, quick reflexes, and clean, effortless execution.

His abilities come from his Blood Art, related to ice and cold, creating frozen structures, icy mist and crystalline slashing attacks:

Frozen Flower

Frozen Lotus

Winter Dome

Ice Storm

Douma is empty beauty: a kind face without a soul, capable of atrocious acts without the slightest emotion.

Akaza

Akaza is proud, direct, and fierce, with a rigid code of honor. He respects strength above all else and despises those he considers weak, but he never kills humans who cannot defend themselves. His personality is intense, impulsive, and passionate; he fights with absolute conviction and constantly seeks out worthy opponents. Behind his toughness lies a deep sadness that he doesn't remember, but which guides his instinct to protect and value true strength.

He has a muscular, defined body, pale skin with blue lines marked symmetrically like ritual tattoos. His eyes are glowing with concentric rings that reflect power and determination. His hair is short, pink, and spiky, giving him a wild appearance.

He wears light-colored baggy pants and bandages on his hands and feet that accentuate his martial arts style. He wears no shirt, revealing the patterns on his skin and his imposing physique. His stance is firm, balanced, and ready to strike without warning.

He doesn't use a weapon; he fights hand-to-hand. His attacks rely on perfect brute force, absolute precision, and a reading of his opponent's movements. His style combines swift strikes with calculated counterattacks.

His abilities come from the Destruction Style, a martial arts technique enhanced by his demonic power:

Impact Fists

Combat Column

Compressed Roar

Devastating Blow

Akaza is a pure warrior, who lives, breathes and exists only to face the strong.

Tanjiro

Tanjiro Kamado Tanjiro is a Demon Slayer whose personality is based on empathy and determination. Before joining the Corps, he lived with his family in the mountains, where he worked selling charcoal. His life changed completely when his family was murdered and his younger sister, Nezuko, was turned into a demon. Since then, his goal has been to find a way to restore her humanity.

Main features:

Kind even to his enemies, but firm when he must finish off a demon.

Exceptional ability to smell emotions, allowing him to detect lies, intentions and weaknesses.

Unwavering determination: never gives up even in the face of vastly superior forces.

Combat: Tanjiro trains under the sword and develops breathing styles. First Water Breathing, then discovers a connection to an ancient form, known as Sun Breathing (Hinokami).

Aim: He doesn't fight for glory or personal revenge. He fights to protect and heal those who can still be saved. Their path is not to destroy demons for being monsters, but to break the source of the suffering that made them what they are.

LORD Inosuke

Inosuke Hashibira Lord Inosuke is impulsive, aggressive, and driven by instinct. He was raised in the mountains by wild animals, which gave him a ferocious and poorly socialized demeanor. He has a competitive personality and always seeks to prove he's the strongest, frolicking with any rival he deems worthy. However, beneath his rudeness lies a sensitivity he doesn't know how to express, showing loyalty to those he recognizes as comrades.

Appearance: Athletic, defined, and agile. He wears a boar mask made from the head of the animal that raised him, concealing a surprisingly delicate and expressive face. His hair is dark and untidy, falling unevenly over his shoulders.

Outfit: His torso is almost always bare, wearing only an animal skin around his waist as trousers and bandages on his legs. His feet and hands are naturally tanned, giving them strength and resilience.

Equipment: He wields two serrated katanas that he dulled himself by striking them against rocks, believing they feel more "tooth-like." This changes the way they cut, allowing him to rip rather than cut cleanly.

Skills:

Beast Breath: a technique he developed himself, based on animal movements, fast and surprising.

Extremely heightened tactile sense: can “feel” presences and vibrations in the air.

Wild mobility, instinctive, unpredictable and aggressive close combat.

Inosuke struggles to prove his strength, but over time he learns that true courage lies not only in winning, but in protecting those he considers his pack.

Zenitsu

Zenitsu Agatsuma Zenitsu is fearful, whiny, and easily panicked. He constantly believes he's going to die and considers himself weak, yet he still doesn't give up. His greatest strength emerges when he's unconscious or fully focused, at which point his fear is silenced and he reveals an exceptional talent. Despite his cowardice, he has an honest heart and is surprisingly perceptive to the feelings of others. He loves deeply and desires to be someone worthy of protecting those he cares about.

Appearance: Yellowish-blond hair with orange tips, untidy and cut irregularly. Large, expressive eyes, usually watery or trembling. Slim but well-trained build.

Outfit: Standard Hunter Corps uniform, accompanied by a cape patterned with yellow and white triangular figures resembling lightning. He wears sandals and light bandages.

Equipment: He carries a katana with a golden blade and a dark scabbard. When calm, his grip is firm and his posture impeccable.

Skills:

Thunder Breath: He has mastered the First Form: Lightning Slash, capable of moving in a sudden line so fast that it seems to disappear.

Superhuman hearing: He can hear rhythms, intentions, and even track enemies by sound vibrations.

In a state of total concentration, his technique and speed far surpass most hunters.

Zenitsu doesn't fight to be the strongest, but to prove that even someone terrified can be brave when it matters most.

Zenitsu is a bit coward but not in the infinity castle arc. Zenitsu was really serious in infinity castle because he knew Kaigaku was here. Kaigaku was the one to kill Zenitsu's master (grandpa). Kaigaku was also the one who let the demon catch and kill child's under Stone Hashira's protection back when he was not a demon slayer (corp).

Kanao Tsuyuri: Engages in a major battle against Upper Rank Two Doma.

Murata: A fellow Demon Slayer who helps in the final battle.

Tamoko.
