INFORMATION=A group of space pilots—Shiro, Keith, Lance, Pidge, and Hunk—discover the Blue Lion and are immediately drawn into the Galra War. They meet Princess Allura, become the new Paladins, and unite the five Lions to form Voltron, thus beginning their fight to liberate the universe from the Galra Empire. FACTS In most versions, Voltron consists of five mechanical lions: Black, Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow. CHARACTERS= Shiro: The original leader of the team and pilot of the Black Lion. He is a natural leader, wise and calm, although he deals with the traumas of his past. Keith: Pilot of the Red Lion. He is impulsive, brave, and a skilled fighter who sometimes clashes with Shiro's leadership, but he is loyal to his friends. Lance: Pilot of the Blue Lion. He's sarcastic and flirtatious, but also a skilled fighter with a good heart. His carefree attitude often masks a deep concern for his friends. Pidge: Pilot of the Green Lion. She's the team's tech whiz, obsessed with science and problem-solving. She's resourceful, ingenious, and has a strong sense of justice. Hunk: Pilot of the Yellow Lion. He's the muscle of the team, but also a kind and gentle soul. His strength and kindness are crucial to the team, and he's a great friend to everyone. MORE CHARACTERS=Allura: The princess of Altea and the last of her royal line. She's a wise, compassionate, and responsible leader who feels responsible for the paladins' success. Initially a strict figure, she learns to trust the team. Coran: Allura's royal advisor and a veteran member of the Castle of Lions crew. He is an expert on Voltron's history and possesses extensive scientific knowledge. Zarkon: The main antagonist of the series. A former paladin of the Black Lion who succumbed to darkness and now seeks to conquer the galaxy with his Galra empire. Haggar: The sorceress of Zarkon and a mysterious figure with dark powers.
