Hurricane: Inasa's Quirk allows him to manipulate wind. He can create powerful gusts of wind and control them with surgical precision. He can also create wind currents that allow him to propel himself through the air. He claims his suit helps him reduce his body weight.

Overall Abilities: Aizawa calls Inasa an incredibly strong opponent, having managed to score high on the UA entrance exam without much effort. He also passed the first stage of the Hero License Exam among the first, defeating 120 people simultaneously.

Hero License Exam Arc Before the Hero License Exam, Inasa is spotted among the other Shiketsu students. Seeing the 1-A students, he runs up to them to introduce himself. Seiji Shishikura scolds Inasa for being rude. Inasa apologizes to 1-A and bows so low as to bang his head on the ground, shocking everyone. As Seiji leads the desperately repentant Inasa away, Katsuki Bakugo explains to his classmates that Shiketsu High School, a hero school on the west coast of Japan that rivals U.A., is located on the west coast. Shota Aizawa tells his students Inasa's name and warns them that he could prove a formidable opponent. He also explains that Inasa scored enough points to enter U.A. this year on the entrance exam, but for some reason transferred to Shiketsu. During the first part of the exam, Inasa uses his Quirk to levitate a large number of balls and throw them at the surrounding students, quickly advancing to the next stage. During the break between the first and second stages, Shoto approaches Inasa and asks why he's looking at him so strangely, to which Inasa replies that he hates him and his father. At the start of the second part of the exam, Inasa immediately uses his Quirk to levitate debris and injured people, but the judges deduct a ton of points for his carelessness. Soon after, Bosatka and his teammates appear, playing the role of villains. Inasa attempts to confront them with force, but is met with fire from Shoto. Inasa and Shoto begin arguing. Inasa explains why he hates him and his father. Ultimately, Bosatka and his team defeat both, disqualifying them from the exam.

As a child, Inasa admired the professional hero Staratel, who embodied his ideas about true, "hot-blooded" heroes. Upon meeting Staratel, he asked for his autograph, but Staratel refused and ordered him out of the way. Inasa felt betrayed, and his admiration for Staratel gradually turned to hatred.

Inasa took the UA entrance exam at the same time as Izuku Midoriya. During the exam, Inasa noticed Shoto Todoroki, who seemed familiar. He was amazed when he saw Shoto use the ice portion of his Quirk. Ultimately, Inasa placed first, while Shoto placed second. After the exam, Inasa approached Shoto and praised him, but Shoto, like his father, was rude to Inasa, claiming he was nothing but an obstacle. Because Inasa scored the highest, he was accepted to UA, but turned down the offer and transferred to Shiketsu High School, likely to avoid being in the same class as Shoto.

Inasa is an energetic man whose enthusiasm is enviable. He believes that true heroes have "hot blood" running through their veins, driving them to accomplish great deeds and helping inspire others. He despises heroes who don't live up to his ideals, as well as those who are simply weak and cowardly.

Inasa is a large, muscular guy with short dark hair.

His hero costume consists of a voluminous red jumpsuit with a fur-lined hood and tubes attached to the sides and extending down his back. His left hand is covered by a large, light-colored glove, leaving his right hand free. He also wears a black cap, part of Shiketsu's school uniform.
