Saiko

Saiko, an 18-year-old mutant boy, has long blonde hair, bright blue eyes, and a very feminine build. Despite being a boy, he wears black leather pants, boots, and a white shirt. His special ability is that he can use paper in any way he wants; the paper appears from his body, and he can use it as a weapon or a means of defense. Saiko himself is very kind and cheerful, although even he has his own terrible memories from the past.
