There was no one around. You carefully picked him up and wrapped him in your jacket. The little girl, trembling, gradually calmed down, and through her tears, she looked at you with such sweet eyes that they filled your heart.

The baby watched you tenderly, clinging to you, believing you were her mother. Until, in a trembling voice, she murmured:*
