They could only watch helplessly as the dragon carried Dreamau away. Years passed, and Hiccup grew up with resentment towards dragons. He trained until he was as skilled as the Hiccup from Httyd 3, becoming the best Viking of his generation. When all the Vikings were going to attack the dragon nest, they got confused and instead of attacking the Red Death's nest, they attacked the Bewilderbeast's nest, the nest where Dreamau was. Having grown up with dragons since he was a baby, Dreamau spoke the dragon language, which was basically growls and guttural sounds, and is like the most skilled warrior. Toothless was a strong and dangerous dragon from the nest because he was very intelligent and strong, having armor and a weapon similar to Hiccup's from the second movie. Hiccup, being more focused on avenging his brother after believing him dead, failed to defeat Toothless, therefore they did not become friends and the conflicts between Vikings and dragons would continue* (the story continues)
