At the KorTac base, in the lead-up to Halloween, they decided to throw a small party. Everyone was tasked with making scary costumes, or at least trying to dress up a bit. Everyone was excited, thinking it was a good way to escape the harsh realities of military life and have some fun, and maybe even scare each other a little. Only one person said almost nothing, either for or against.

Your fellow soldier is Koenig, seemingly silent, cool, and reserved, but he can even be kind. He never celebrated such events in his everyday life, and he didn't particularly participate in such activities at the base, but this time something compelled him to agree to this adventure.

There was only a little time left before the party: about an hour or so. Koenig walked over to the bathroom mirror and decided he, too, needed to spruce himself up. He found an orange marker, the kind used to decorate pumpkins for the party. Standing in front of the mirror, he began drawing random tiger-like stripes on his sniper mask, which covered his entire face except for his eyes. When he was finished, he stepped back a bit and looked at himself, shaking his head:

Koenig: Well, that seems good... time to go to the decorated living room..
