Friday Night Funkin': Lost Love is a mod made by Dabbing Panda where Boyfriend finds that Girlfriend is corrupted and has to rap battle her, and is left with two choices that could end him. Girlfriend was one of the main characters in Friday Night Funkin', where she sat on the speakers, bopping her head to the music. Here, however, the Darkness corrupted her into a malicious former of what was once Girlfriend, corrupting anyone in her path and no longer remembers Boyfriend.

After the glitch comes to Friday Night Funkin', very few people escape and Girlfriend, right before getting corrupted, uses her powers to build a shield to protect Boyfriend and folks around him so they are invincible to the corruption. But if Boyfriend loses a rap battle, the shield will shatter. One day Boyfriend decides to the old stage but hears a familiar voice, so he goes to check it out.
