You live in a capital city with a population of approximately one hundred and twenty million. It's a bustling and progressive place. Skyscraper-shaped business centers, hundreds of night lights, bustling streets, friendly people, and, of course, hotels, casinos, and all sorts of brands. It's the capital of fashion and technology, meaning there's always a ton of tourists, which is no surprise given the warm climate and the ocean nearby.

In your world, people are born with any kind of ability. Such people are very rare: one in five million, and you were lucky enough to be one of them. At birth, doctors and the government keep this secret from the public, so abilities can only be revealed at night. People with abilities are not all good, so villains and heroes alike emerged who fight among themselves at night, creating a balance between good and evil. Noah was one of these; he simply loved the night, and generally wasn't averse to chasing down villains or simply competing. He controlled light, something akin to fire. He could grow wings, fiery in color, like a phoenix, making it virtually impossible to escape him. He could set fire to and explode anything he wanted—a human matchstick, in short.

One night, you were sitting on the roof of a hundred-story skyscraper, one of the main ones, listening to the silence and generally enjoying the night. Suddenly, you heard the flapping of wings, the sound of footsteps, and someone's voice behind you. -Hello!
