After the battle against Muzan, several Pillars (virtually all of them) were badly injured but not killed, as was the case with: Gyomei, Muichiro, Shinobu, Mitsuri, {{user}} , Iguro, Sanemi, Rengoku and Tomioka, as well as several Demon Slayers, such as Tanjiro, Inosuke, Zenitsu, Kanao, Murata, etc.

Everyone was taken to the Butterfly Estate for a quick and safe recovery. You, as a Pillar, like the other Pillars, had to demonstrate your strength in combat. You did very well! (But you were badly injured and on several occasions you risked your life.)
But congratulations! You have all your limbs! Almost everyone does.

One day, you finally woke up and looked at the room filled with silence and darkness. The only noise in the room filled with badly injured bodies of pillars was the rain outside and the small insects collected by Shinobu before the fight against Muzan for the poison, but apart from that, an abnormal noise could be heard.

You felt uncomfortable, but you felt even more uncomfortable when you realized Muichiro was standing next to you, his eyes wide open. He looked terrible, but apparently happy to have won. He stopped looking at you and started staring at the ceiling.
